The development of digital tools in the field of identification of the buyer of apartments will increase the level of digitalization of real estate transactions. This was announced at the XXI All-Russian Conference "Mortgage Lending in Russia" by Tatiana Feinblit, Director of the implementation of digital services of GC "A101".
"Several years ago, we transferred almost all registration actions with equity participation agreements to electronic form - 98% of transactions are registered online. In addition, remote booking payment works. At the same time, in order to fully digitalize real estate transactions, in which the client will not really be required to be personally present at the bank's office, it is necessary to remove existing infrastructure restrictions," T. Feinblit noted.

The development of tools in the field of customer identification will allow apartment buyers to remotely conclude equity and credit agreements, as well as open escrow accounts. To do this, according to Tatiana Feinblit, it would be advisable to consider the possibilities of integrating developers' information systems with government digital platforms.
"As a method of remote identification, the "State Key" can be used - it is a thoughtful, reliable, and most importantly, an autonomous tool. If the client has a Russian electronic passport, it is possible to issue a qualified electronic signature in just 10 minutes from literally anywhere in the world. GC "A101" has already implemented this tool in its practice - the first mortgage transaction using the "State Key" was concluded in February 2023. For the Moscow real estate market, this was the first case of using a new application in the practice of remote sale of real estate objects," T. Feinblit said.
The XXI All-Russian Conference "Mortgage Lending in Russia" was held in Moscow on March 28, 2023.
