The harvest of protected soil vegetables in the Khabarovsk Territory in 2023 increased by 6% to 38.4 thousand tons compared to 2022. This was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Currently, there are 26 greenhouse complexes in the district, and 5 more facilities are under construction. One of the main crops grown in the Far East is soybeans. The district accounts for 33% of the national figure.
Grain production is also developing here. The total acreage will be expanded to 2.3 million hectares this year to maintain positive dynamics.
