The Board of Directors of Headhunter recommended that the shareholders' meeting pay dividends on ordinary shares from retained earnings of previous periods in the amount of 233 rubles per share based on the results of 2025. This is stated in the company's message.
No dividends were paid by the end of 2024.
HeadHunter is a Russian HR-Tech company, which is used by over 50 million users and 600 thousand companies. In addition to the online job search and employee search platform, the company is developing an integrated ecosystem of products in the field of development, training and networking, as well as in the field of integrated HR automation.
The Headhunter's revenue for 2025 increased by 4% to 41.2 billion rubles from 39.62 billion rubles. Net profit fell by 25% to RUB 17.989 billion from RUB 23.88 billion a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 22.76 billion rubles against 23.23 billion rubles.
