Starting from January 27, 2025, the Moscow Stock Exchange will resume holding morning trading sessions on the stock and futures markets. This is stated in the message of the exchange.
Trading on the stock market will be carried out 17 hours a day – from 6:50 to 23:50 MSK, on the futures market – 15 hours a day – from 8:50 to 23:50 MSK.
In the morning hours, it will be possible to make transactions on the stock market with the most liquid stocks, including securities from the Moscow Exchange Index, and the most liquid OFZS. In addition, it is planned to admit units of mutual investment funds, including exchange-traded funds.
In the morning, all the instruments that are traded in the main session will be available on the futures market. The liquidity of the instruments in the morning hours will be supported by market makers.
