The owner of Imereti Group of Companies in Sochi is changing. This is reported by ATOR.
The hotel complex stopped working: the operator belonging to the structures of Oleg Deripaska lost the right to dispose of the land due to misuse. Sirius became the new owner. Due to the termination of service by the staff of the facility, tourists suffer.
ATOR, with reference to tour operators, notes that tourists do not live in the hotel now. The court proceedings on the facility were known back in 2022, so many companies did not even plan arrivals for dates after January 30. By the end of 2022, it became obvious that the hotel would have a new management company.
Nevertheless, at the moment there are tenants in the Imereti Group of Companies – they are both tourists and long-term landlords. They tell in social networks that the hotel staff has stopped working, the rooms are no longer serviced.
There has already been a precedent for the transfer of the hotel in Imereti to Sirius. So, in 2015, Viktor Vekselberg transferred the four-star Azimut Hotel Sochi to education.
By the summer, perhaps, the new owner will launch the facility by choosing a management company at the competition. T
