Raiffeisenbank JSC (Moscow, reg. number 3292) is a systemically significant universal bank specializing in lending to large businesses, RCOS of all categories of customers, as well as mortgage and consumer lending.
The status of "under supervision" was previously established in connection with the announcement at the end of March 2023 of the desire to sell Raiffeisenbank JSC or deconsolidate it from the parent banking group. The extension of the "under supervision" status is due to the fact that the agency continues to monitor this situation and analyze the impact of possible changes in the ownership structure on the bank's activities.
