The sale of three Russian Post office premises in Moscow is scheduled for July 24

An open auction for the sale of three office premises of Russian Post JSC in Moscow in separate lots is scheduled for July 24. The facilities are located in the municipal districts of Perovo, Sokolinaya Gora, and the Airport. Acceptance of applications for participation in the auction ends on July 18, the RAD said.

The first lot is an office with an area of 986.6 sq. m. m near Izmailovsky Park. The initial price is 183.2 million rubles. The premises are leased until February 2027. In the future, it can be converted into a hostel or a mini-hotel.

The second lot is a non—residential building with an area of 251.6 sq. m. m in the Sokolinaya Gora municipal district. The initial price of the lot is 38.9 million rubles. The premises are leased until June 2027.

The third lot is a built—in room with a separate entrance with an area of 721.8 square meters for a medical center, veterinary clinic or store in the north of Moscow. The initial price of the lot is 126.3 million rubles.

Russian Post JSC is a postal and logistics operator. The average monthly length of the mail's logistics routes is 54 million km.

The authorized capital is 50771795000 rubles and is divided into 50771795 ordinary registered non-documentary shares with a par value of 1 thousand rubles each.

The sole shareholder of Russian Post JSC is the Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.

The net loss of Russian Post under RAS for 2024 amounted to 20.58 billion rubles against a loss of 7.087 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 3% to RUB 219.04 billion from RUB 212.04 billion. The pre-tax loss amounted to 21.54 billion rubles against a loss of 7.76 billion rubles.
