The State Duma adopted in the second and third readings amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, exempting mobilized citizens and their family members from penalties for late payment of housing and communal services and contributions for capital repairs. This is stated in the message of the lower house of parliament.
This provision will be included in the bill facilitating the return of funds to older people who are entitled to compensation for contributions for capital repairs.
