Experts of Russia's Main Department of State Expertise (Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, the state expert appraisal body) have reviewed the design and estimate documentation for reinforcing the armored concrete floors of the turbine halls at the Zhigulevskaya hydroelectric power plant (HPP). A positive opinion was issued as a result of the expert review, Glavgosexpertiza informed.
The project approved by Glavgosexpertiza of Russia envisages building and installation works in the turbine halls of sections 1-10 of the Zhigulevskaya HPP building. The project implementation will ensure reliable and safe operation of the HPP equipment.
