PJSC Varieganneft has disposed of 4,870 own shares, the company informed.
To recap, Varieganneft acquired 4.87 thousand own shares in April 2020.
PJSC Varieganneft is a subsidiary production company of RussNeft operating as part of Mikhail Gutseriev's Safmar Industrial and Financial Group. The company is holds the subsurface use license for the Varyegansky subsurface site and provides oil production services at the Zapadno-Varyeganskoye, Tagrinskoye, Novo-Aganskoye, Valyuninskoye, Yuzhno-Yaraynerskoye subsurface site to Russneft, the license holder for these subsurface sites, under the current operatorship contract.
