VEB.RF has completed the sale of a property complex of the Virbak logistics park in Rostov-on-Don for RUB 703 million at a public auction. The asset was sold to Elma-Energo LLC (Elma Group), the bank informed.
As a result of the bidding procedure, the transaction price exceeded both the purchase price previously paid for this asset by VEB.RF and the market value of the logistics park.
