Pobeda Airlines withdrew from the Pobeda Handling group, in which it owned 26%. The change in the Unified State Register was made on March 22, 2023.
JSC "Yu-Ti-Ji Group" (part of the UTG group) became the owner of 100% of shares in Pobeda Handling LLC. This company was established in November 2021 to serve flights at Pulkovo Airport (St. Petersburg). The need for its creation was explained by the inability of the Pulkovo Airport to provide high-quality service for flights of low-budget airlines.
Pobeda Airlines, a subsidiary of the Aeroflot — Russian Airlines Group, is the first Russian low-cost airline. Founded in September 2014.
