There are no plans to impose a nationwide lockdown, as stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the plenary session of VTB Capital's Russia Calling! investment forum, according to a transcript posted on the Kremlin's website.
If an objective need arises, the authorities will make justified pinpoint decisions, with due consideration for doctors' recommendations, to maintain people's safety to the greatest possible extent and to facilitate the uninterrupted work of enterprises and organizations, the Russian leader said.
