The results of the competition for the creation of corporate advanced training centers (CCPs) in 2024 have been summed up. The main purpose of such centers is to help companies create a system of recruitment and professional development of personnel at enterprises in conditions of shortage of personnel in the market. CCOP helps to shorten the period of adaptation of new employees, increase the effectiveness of employee training, and reduce non-production losses in the workplace.

The selection was carried out by the Skills and Professions Development Agency together with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity", which is supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov. The competition was held from January 10 to April 2. During this time, over 155 applications were submitted from 52 regions of the country. The experts assessed the relevance of the personnel problems posed by the enterprises, the level of involvement of the teams to solve them.

From the Rostov region, the winners of the competitive selection included JSC "Clover".

The final list includes 51 enterprises from 28 regions of Russia. Starting next week, experts from the Skills and Professions Development Agency will start working with teams. In six months, corporate standards of professions will be formed, workplaces will be audited, and a training and advanced training program will be created. In total, 111 corporate advanced training centers will be created by the end of the year," said Murat Kerefov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The results of the organization of the CCOP on the basis of enterprises will be summed up at the annual Cup on rationalization and productivity.

Recall that currently there are three corporate advanced training centers in the Rostov Region, established at the enterprises of BTK Textile LLC, TerraFrigo Plant LLC and Kamenskvolokno JSC.
