Almost forty facilities were included in the long-term plan for the integrated socio-economic development of Magadan until 2030, approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
More than thirty events are currently being implemented, and the necessary documents are being prepared for the rest. The landscaping of the shore protection along Portovaya Street has already been completed, a kindergarten, a FOK "Presidential", and an Omega-3 production plant have been built. The comprehensive program for the implementation of the Magadan master plan will allow by 2030 to increase the growth of gross urban product by 153%, create 3.6 thousand new jobs, increase labor productivity by 122% and increase the growth of real per capita monetary income by 138%.

The reconstruction of the building of the educational and laboratory building of the Magadan Polytechnic College continues. The construction of the building began in 1983, but was frozen in the early nineties. The unfinished educational and laboratory building of the college has been empty for more than 30 years. The topic of building the building was raised several times, including during a direct line with the head of state. The reconstruction of the unfinished buildings began last year. The new building will feature a modern gym, a large dining room and educational and laboratory facilities.
The School of Martial Arts (school of Courage), built by private investors, is preparing to open. The opening of a camp site on Zavyalova Island is expected. Construction of a 4-star hotel in Magadan has begun.

In general, as part of the implementation of master plans for 25 cities in the Far East, it is planned to carry out 875 events with a total cost of more than 4.4 trillion rubles.
