Forbes presented the results of the fourth annual rating "The best employers in Russia".
OTP Bank has received silver status among 118 largest employers in Russia.
Every year the rating includes more and more blocks that allow companies to be evaluated not only by HR practices, but also by their commitment to the sustainable development agenda. In the final rating, companies are assigned the status: "Platinum", "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze".
The parameters that influenced the final score of the participants are divided into three groups: "Employees and Society", "Ecology" and "Corporate Governance". In addition to the main parameters, the role of the expert jury remains, which can affect the final score of the participant.
According to environmental and a number of social metrics, companies are compared with each other within the industries in which they operate: airlines — with airlines, retail chains and banks — with retail chains and banks, industrial companies — with industrial companies.
