Thus, specialists from the design department of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution Centrregionvodkhoz of the Federal Agency for Water Resources have begun developing design estimates for coastal protection work on the Pechora River near Bondarnaya Street in the city of Naryan-Mar, Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Coastal protection of the Pechora River in Naryan-Mar and in the North Caucasus as a whole is an urgent issue for the region, which has been repeatedly raised at various levels. This will protect the surrounding areas from flooding and flooding during floods, as well as improve transport accessibility and the ecological condition of the river.
Currently, the initial data on the event is being collected, the development of technical specifications and work programs for engineering geodetic and engineering hydrometeorological surveys has been completed. An application has been submitted to Roskadastr for the provision of the specified spatial data and materials, the cost of providing the data has been determined, and the procurement procedure is underway.
"In August of this year, specialists from the design department will begin conducting field engineering, geodetic and engineering hydrometeorological surveys. It is planned to complete the development of the technical accounting documentation in December. The completion of design and survey work, taking into account the receipt of a non-governmental expert opinion and approvals from Rosrybolovstvo, is scheduled for 2026.
