According to the results of the tests carried out at the station, the power unit of station No. 7 PGU-400 MW was re-labeled, the capacity of which increased by 15 MW. The generating equipment fully complies with the technical requirements imposed on the participants of the wholesale market.
The increase in the capacity of power unit No. 7 of the Surgut GRES-2 branch of PJSC Unipro is associated with the work carried out in previous years: replacing the compressor blades of the gas turbine with similar ones with an upgraded profile, which increased the efficiency of the equipment, and improving the temperature regime of the generator due to the replacement of gas barriers.
As a result of the re-labeling of combined-cycle power unit No. 7, the installed capacity of Surgut GRES-2 has been 5,702 MW since August 01. Changes have been made to the register of parameters of the generating equipment of JSC SO UES.
