The Ministry of Housing Policy has issued a permit for the commissioning of the production and warehouse complex of the company "Robios" in Serpukhov, the developer was the company "Shakor", investments amounted to 100 million rubles, the press service of the department reports.

In a two-storey building with an area of 1,499 square meters. meters, the wood will be stripped of bark, split and dried, and then used as a basis for the manufacture of preservative. The facility is built in accordance with the requirements of the GMP standard and has all the necessary technical resources. 23 jobs will be created.
The project is accompanied by a personal manager of the Construction Assistance Center under the Government of the region:
- the project is accompanied from the town-planning plan of the land plot to the permit for commissioning;
