According to the results of 2024, the mining enterprises of ANC Bashneft (part of the Rosneft structure) received an economic effect of more than 4.2 billion rubles. from the implementation of projects to improve production efficiency.

Increasing production efficiency is one of the key elements of Rosneft's strategy. The company is carrying out extensive work aimed at reducing operating costs and capital investments, including through the introduction of advanced technological solutions.

Last year, 172 innovative solutions were implemented at Bashneft enterprises. The specialists of Bashneft-Dobycha, a key mining asset of Bashneft, implemented 129 projects to increase production efficiency, with an economic effect of 2.5 billion rubles. Repeated hydraulic fracturing using a new technology, with hydroblasting perforation, has produced significant results. This made it possible to selectively process the most productive areas by targeting the reservoir. In addition, Bashkir oilmen have implemented a downhole fluid pumping project to maintain reservoir pressure in remote areas of the fields, and have also reduced the time and cost of well construction through the reuse of drilling mud.

Over the past year, 30 projects to increase production efficiency with an economic effect of 1.7 billion rubles were implemented at fields in the Nenets Autonomous District. The key project was the construction of technological passageways from a mobile road surface, which reduced the cost of waiting time for drilling crews.

In 2024, 13 projects were implemented in Khanty-Mansiysk Okrug -Yugra. The greatest contribution was made by comprehensive measures to optimize the hydrodynamic studies of wells without stopping oil pumping.
