The President of the Russian Federation, by Order No. 62-rp dated 02/26/2024, expressed gratitude to Zinaida Morozova, a specialist in market research at the Ukhtinsky branch of Rosgosstrakh in the Komi Republic, for her labor successes and many years of conscientious work.

"Our collective mother," — this is how the head of the Ukhtinsky educational institution, Yana Yudina, briefly described Zinaida Nikolaevna. Because by nature a very kind and sympathetic person, Zinaida Morozova will never pass by if someone feels bad. He will always ask how things are going and how he can help. And it helps! And good advice, and a specific case. And not only to colleagues, but also to their clients — and Zinaida Nikolaevna has more than 600 of them. So we can rightfully say that an insurance agent is for Zinaida Nikolaevna a job by vocation. Although she did not come to her immediately: according to her first education, Zinaida Morozova is a cook — she graduated from the Krasnodar Culinary School, worked in her specialty first in a factory canteen in Krasnodar, then in the Turkmen-Neft Workers' Supply Department in Ashgabat.

When the family moved to the Komi Republic, Zinaida Morozova came to the State Insurance Inspectorate in the city of Ukhta. It was in October 1988, and for almost 35 years she has been helping her fellow countrymen to protect their risks — insuring their life and health, homes, cars, and civil liability. He talks about the possibilities of insurance, helping everyone to choose an insurance offer that takes into account the needs of a particular person as much as possible. But Zinaida Nikolaevna also did not forget about her first specialty — she is a wonderful pastry chef, she constantly treats colleagues with pies and, of course, branded Napoleon.

For her success in her work, Zinaida Nikolaevna was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the head of the administration of the Ukhta city district, and was repeatedly encouraged by the management of Rosgosstrakh and its branch in the Komi Republic.

"I've always dreamed of working with people, finding out what they live and are interested in, helping them solve their problems," says Zinaida Nikolaevna. — When I came to Gosstrakh to try my hand at insurance, the inspection in Ukhta was headed by Valentina Pavlovna Kobets. She immediately warned that there were no vacancies at the moment, and in general there was a big competition for them. But after our conversation, she gave me a chance. And my dream has come true! At first it was very difficult, there was a lot of new information, sometimes I gave up. But the support of colleagues turned out to be stronger. I realized one thing: you need to love what you do, be purposeful and hardworking, and everything will work out. I want to say that it is not easy to be in the ranking of the best, you need to constantly grow, develop, and increase your insurance portfolio. In my opinion, the main thing in working with people is communication skills, honesty, commitment. And when my clients have an insurance event and Rosgosstrakh comes to their aid, I am always proud of the company I work for."

"Our dear Zinaida Nikolaevna is rightfully worthy of such a high award," says Victoria Zagorodnyuk, director of the Rosgosstrakh branch in the Komi Republic. — Energetic, always positive and with an open mind to people — it is not surprising that clients treat her with great trust, and she values this trust. We wholeheartedly wish our dear colleague happiness, health and inexhaustible energy for many years to come."

Maxim Shepelev, General Director of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh, sent his congratulations on the well-deserved award to Z.N. Morozova, wishing her health, well-being, good luck in all her endeavors and further labor success for the benefit of the company.
