Acron Group's net profit under IFRS for 2023 amounted to 35.9 billion rubles, a decrease of 2.5 times compared to the previous year. This is stated in the Akron message.

Revenue decreased by 30% to 179.5 billion rubles, EBITDA – by 2 times to 68.74 billion rubles, EBITDA margin to 38% from 53% in 2022. Net debt for 2023 decreased by 36% to RUB 25.098 billion.

Acron Group is a Russian vertically integrated producer of mineral fertilizers.

Acron's net profit under IFRS for the first 9 months of 2023 decreased by 70% to RUB 25.64 billion. compared with the result for the same period in 2022 – 86.32 billion rubles. In dollar terms, net profit decreased by 75% to $310 million from $1.22 billion. Revenue decreased by 34% to 130.5 billion rubles from 197.46 billion rubles. In dollar terms, revenue decreased by 44% to $1.58 billion from $2.79 billion. EBITDA decreased by 51% to RUB 51.78 billion from RUB 105.76 billion. In dollar terms, EBITDA decreased by 58% to $626 million from $1.498 billion.
