The Bank of Russia has simplified the mechanism for credit institutions to obtain their permission to export foreign currency in cash from the Russian Federation. This is stated in the message of the Central Bank.
The regulator abolished the obligation of banks to submit to the Central Bank at the same time conclusions on the established damage criteria and an application for the export of dilapidated or damaged banknotes.
