Equiem, an Australian company providing services to tenants of office buildings, has acquired the Polish IT platform SpaceOS. This is reported in the Equiem press release.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The combined company will continue to operate under the Equiem brand.
The deal attracted investors such as Hitachi Ventures, BeyondBuild, German developer MOMENI, Caleus and others. Strategic support from these companies will strengthen Equiem's global leadership in the development of smart construction technologies and workplace management software.
