The company "Ayu-textile" became the winner of the auction for the sale of the property of the company "Ozerskiye Manufaktury", which owns a factory building on 3.4 thousand square meters and production equipment in the Lakes near Moscow. The transaction amount will amount to 49.8 million rubles, the Vedomosti newspaper writes.
The factory was used for the production of clothing under the brand Kira Plastinina.
The Kira Plastinina chain in 2088-2013 had 279 stores in seven countries. Another 56 boutiques in 16 countries operated under the Lublu brand. In 2017, the bankruptcy of the group's legal entities began.
Ayu-Textile is the retailer's counterparty. The company has been gradually buying up the assets of Kira Plastinina for several years.
