As part of the Investor Day, the Beber team summed up the results of the 2021-2023 Strategy and talked about the new Development Strategy until 2026. This is stated in the message of the BEAC.

According to the results of the 2021-2023 Strategy, the number of Sber retail customers increased by 10 million and amounted to 108 million, the number of corporate customers increased by 500 thousand and amounted to 3.2 million. The team has ensured sustainability and innovative development by ensuring technological independence and making a breakthrough in AI transformation.

In the new strategic cycle, the Beac has paid special attention to the formation of a long-term vision. Technologies, primarily artificial intelligence, are becoming the main factor determining the modern world and the future.

One of the main tasks is to put technology at the service of man. At the center of the Beber business model is a person, his interests and aspirations.

Artificial intelligence becomes a personal assistant to a person — it expands the capabilities of everyone and helps a person realize their potential. This is a step forward on the way to human-centricity.

In the next 3 years, the BEAC will prepare for the transition to a human-centered organization. This complex transformation will affect three key areas: technology — a priority for the development of a new generation of artificial intelligence; business model in all areas; culture.

In addition to long-term priorities, BEAC will pay special attention to: developing and creating a better customer experience; improving efficiency; ensuring reliability and security of services; accelerated implementation of artificial intelligence in all business areas.

Financial objectives of the 2026 Strategy: return on equity (ROE) >22% in each year of the Strategy; the ratio of total capital adequacy H20.0 >13.3%; the level of dividend payments — 50% of the net profit of the BEAC Group.
