The Chernogolovka Group of Companies acquired the Cereal for Breakfast company. The acquirer in the transaction is JSC Aqualife Resource, a holding company of the Chernogolovka Group. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. This is stated in the company's message.
Cereals for Breakfast produces a wide range of ready-made breakfasts and snacks, including muesli, granola, portioned and bulk cereals, as well as cereal bars. The main brands of the company are Matti (introduced on the market since 2010) and BigStar (since 2022).
Cereals for Breakfast products are presented in most regions of the Russian Federation, as well as in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Belarus. Since 2019, Matti has been shipped to China.
Chernogolovka Holding started its activity 25 years ago with the production of x lemonades. At the moment, the company is developing other business areas: snacks, confectionery, baby food, ready-made breakfasts and healthy snacks.
