According to the FCS, during 2021, the director of the Tolyatti company ordered reusable smoking devices from BRUSKO from China. In total - 267 thousand electronic systems for 91.6 million rubles.
The company has not paid the excise tax on them. Samara Customs opened a criminal case against the general director of the company under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evasion of customs payments). An investigation is underway.
