The Bank DOM.RF's project financing portfolio has reached 6 trillion rubles. The volume of new transactions in the first quarter of 2024 increased by 78% compared to the same period and amounted to 505 billion rubles. This is stated in the bank's message.
9.3 million square meters have already been built using the bank's funds, and the current portfolio will allow financing and erecting another 74 million square meters. At the same time, 63% falls on housing projects outside the metropolitan agglomeration – this is more than 46 million square meters.
JSC "Bank DOM.RF" (until December 13, 2018, JSCB "Russian Capital") - provides financing for housing construction projects using escrow accounts in all subjects of the Russian Federation. The sole shareholder of JSC "Bank DOM.RF" is JSC "DOM.RF".
