Gazprom has opened a book of applications for additional substitution of Eurobonds of series 2 with Russian bonds. This is stated in the company's message.

Gazprom Capital LLC will place an additional issue of Russian bonds replacing Gaz Capital S.A. Series 2 Eurobonds in the amount of $1.2 billion (maturity date – April 28, 2034, issue identification number – ISIN: XS0191754729, US368266AA08). 

As before, only those Eurobonds whose rights are registered in Russian depositories are subject to substitution. Gazprom PJSC will act as a guarantor for the replacement bonds. 

The placement of Russian bonds will be carried out by open subscription on the Moscow Stock Exchange and the over-the-counter market. 

The application period for participation in the exchange of Series 2 Eurobonds for replacement bonds is set from 10:00 MSK on March 24, 2023 to 16:00 MSK on April 3, 2023. The exchange settlements are scheduled for April 4-6, 2023.
