Gazprombank signed a loan agreement with the company "SZ "Airplane-Kalinovka" to provide financing in the amount of 99 billion rubles. The funds will be used for the construction of the residential complex "New Prominent" in the Moscow region. This is stated in the bank's message.
We are talking about a complex residential development near the villages of Gorki, Kalinovka and Beleutovo near Moscow. As part of the investment initiative, it is planned to create a social infrastructure: 7 kindergartens and 4 schools.
The project is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 214 using escrow accounts.
