The company "Luzales", which acquired the factory "IKEA Industry Vyatka", will increase furniture production. Also, representatives of the owner reported that the acquired plant will be renamed "Luzales-Vyatka". This was reported by the Government of the Kirov region.

The new owner invited all employees of the former IKEA Industry Vyatka to continue working at the enterprise.

In the near future, the company plans to increase production volumes and product range, in particular, the possibility of producing school furniture is being considered, to maintain high quality, to establish sales.

For these tasks, the company's management intends to create new jobs and announce additional recruitment.

Recall that in March 2023, the IKEA Industry Vyatka factory, which ceased production, was acquired by the Luzales company.

In the summer of 2022, when IKEA management announced the closure of its production facilities in Russia and the sale of Russian sites, the head of the Kirov Region, Alexander Sokolov, stressed that the preservation of jobs should be a priority when selling IKEA Industry Vyatka.

"Luzales" is a full—cycle enterprise (from logging to the production of finished products), which has been operating for more than 20 years – it was established in 1999. The main production facilities of the enterprise, which currently employs a total of more than 2 thousand people, are located on the territory of the Komi Republic.
