LUKOIL will pay dividends for 9 months of 2023 in the amount of 309.7 billion rubles at the rate of 447 rubles per ordinary share. This is stated in the company's message.
It was recommended that dividends be paid in cash to nominee holders and professional participants in the securities market by the trustee registered in the register of shareholders of PJSC LUKOIL no later than December 28, 2023, and to other persons registered in the register of shareholders no later than January 26, 2024. The shareholders approved the recommendations.
