Federal budget revenues in January-November 2023 amounted to 25.96 trillion rubles, an increase of 4.8% compared to the same period last year. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance.
Expenses reached 26.84 trillion rubles, exceeding by 11.7% the figures for January-November 2022. The federal budget deficit amounted to 878 billion rubles.
Oil and gas revenues decreased by 22.8% to 8.226 trillion rubles in 11 months, non-oil and gas revenues increased by 25.6% to 17.74 trillion rubles.
