Rosatom will become the beneficial owner of FESCO Group, according to a statement made by Primorsky Krai Governor Oleg Kozhemyako during his speech addressing employees of the Commercial Port of Vladivostok, which was later published on Instagram.
"We'll come first as a management company, then as an owner," he said.
FESCO Transportation Group is one of the leading public transportation and logistics companies in Russia with assets in port, rail and integrated logistics businesses. Benefiting from a diversified asset portfolio, FESCO can provide door-to-door logistics solutions and control all steps of the intermodal transportation value chain.
The Group owns the Commercial Port of Vladivostok, rail operator Transgarant, and container platform operator Russkaya Troika. FESCO manages approximately 40,000 containers, a fleet of about 6,000 container platforms, as well as 19 transport vessels, mostly deployed through own sea service lines.
