The arbitration court of the North-Western reg. recognized a decision of Vologda FAS on Rostelecom cartel as valid, it was stated by FAS.
The decision concerns the proved cartel formation by Rostelecom and Technoserv A/S at the auction of 809 million rubles in value.
Earlier, Vologda FAS proved the collusion of Rostelecom and Technoserv A/S at the tender for installation of the Safe City hardware/software complex in the Vologda region. Technoserv A / S refused to fight and gave way in favor of Rostelecom, which subcontracted the work to Technoserv A/S at a lower price due to the lack of the funds and received above 320 million rubles in revenues..
The defendants disagreed with the decision and appealed to the court. However, the courts of three instances supported a previous verdict. The penalties imposed by FAS reached 49 million rubles.
