RusHydro increases stake in Sakhalin Energy Company to 42.31% from 34.62%

PJSC RusHydro has increased the stake in Sakhalin Energy Company (SEC) to 42.31% from 34.62%, RusHydro informed.

The direct shareholding increased to 34.62% from 26.94%, the indirect interest stayed unchanged at 7.67%. The ownership change occurred on August 12.

PJSC Federal Hydro-Generating Company – RusHydro (tax number: 2460066195) unites 90 renewable power generation facilities in Russia and abroad, heat power plants and grid assets in the Far East, as well as power supply companies, research and development institutes. The company's authorized capital is RUB 426.289 billion.

IFRS net profit of RusHydro for 2019 dropped 49.5 times to RUB 643 million from RUB 31.837 billion a year earlier. EBITDA amounted to RUB 97.5 billion, adjusted net profit reached RUB 51.6 billion. Revenue totaled RUB406.6 billion increasing by 1.6% YoY. Total assets reached RUB 925.1 billion.

RAS net profit of PJSC RusHydro for Q1 2020 increased by 14% year-on-year to RUB 14.3 billion. EBITDA increased by 25% to RUB 24.4 billion. Revenue amounted to RUB 34.7 billion (+19% YoY).
