The Government of the Russian Federation has approved draft amendments to the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, updating the code in the field of state procurement and state defense orders. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance.
The draft law, in particular, updates all the elements of administrative offenses that can be committed during the implementation of state and municipal purchases under 44-FZ, purchases of state-owned companies and state corporations under 223-FZ, when placing and executing a state defense order under 275-FZ, during privatization procedures under 178-FZ and other mandatory bidding procedures.
For the first time, it was proposed to set out these compositions in a single new section of the code. In addition, for the first time, the possibility of imposing punishment in the form of a warning is being introduced for the commission of certain offenses.
