The Government of the Russian Federation is working on the issue of launching the issue of federal loan bonds and other instruments in friendly currencies. This was stated by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin at a strategic session on ensuring financial sovereignty, according to a transcript posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In this regard, the Prime Minister recalled that large Russian issuers have already begun to enter the market themselves with loans in Chinese yuan.
In addition, according to M. Mishustin, further development of infrastructure and national indicators, facilitating the access of foreigners to the domestic capital market are being discussed.
