Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Government of the Russian Federation and the State Duma to work out the parameters of amnesty for small companies that used tax optimization schemes with actual business growth. The head of state stated this in his address to the Federal Assembly.
At the same time, in order to get under amnesty, companies must start working "wholeheartedly" and abandon business fragmentation.
A mechanism will be provided for a smooth increase in the tax burden for companies switching from a simplified taxation procedure to a general one.
