The Moscow Arbitration Court declared Mikhail Arsentiev, the former general director of Antal Insurance LLC, bankrupt and introduced a property sale procedure against him. This is stated in the message of the Deposit Insurance Agency, according to which the case was considered.
The claims of the insurance company for 309 million rubles are included in the register of claims of M.Arsentiev's creditors.
