Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Martin Galstyan at the annual conference of the International Monetary Fund explained the revision of the country's economic growth for 2022 to 13%, Arka News Agency reports.
"Now we see a huge influx of Russians and expect 13% economic growth this year. We see a 25% increase in human capital in the IT sector. Talented, well-educated people move to Armenia, which can have a lasting effect," Galstyan said.
According to the September forecast of the Central Bank of Armenia, the country's economy will grow by 12.9% by the end of the year, inflation will be about 10%.
