The Russian Auction House (RAD) summed up the results of the next auction within the framework of the bankruptcy procedure of JSC Metrostroy.
According to the RAD, a production and warehouse complex with an area of 12.5 thousand square meters with land plots (lease right until 2044) with a total area of 4.2 hectares in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg has been sold.
The sale price is 520 million rubles. The buyer is JSC Metrostroy of the Northern Capital. The auction took place on the site of the ETP RAD–Lot-online.
The complex is fully leased to JSC Metrostroy of the Northern Capital.
