The Lenta store is for sale in the VAO of Moscow. On July 10, an auction for the sale of a two-storey building with an area of 4.1 thousand square meters (leasable area – 3.4 thousand square meters), with a land plot of 3.8 thousand square meters in the Novogireevo area, will take place on the federal trading platform ETP RAD Lot-online10. This was reported by the RAD.

About 70% of the leasable areas are leased to the Lenta store. The initial cost is 428.4 million rubles.

The sale takes place on behalf of PJSC National Bank "Trust". The organizer of the auction is the Russian Auction House. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until June 30 inclusive.

The company develops the formats of hypermarkets, supermarkets, as well as the format of convenience stores under the brand "Mini Tape". The company develops online sales. The company was founded in 1993 in St. Petersburg. 

As of June 30, 2022, Lenta operated 254 hypermarkets and 555 supermarkets with a total retail area of more than 1.77 million square meters. m in more than 200 localities in Russia. The company has 14 distribution centers throughout Russia.

Lenta's net profit for 2022 fell by 64.5% to RUB 4.85 billion from RUB 13.6 billion a year earlier. Sales increased by 11.1% to RUB 537.4 billion. Retail sales reached 530.2 billion rubles, an increase of 11.4% year-on-year. Gross profit amounted to RUB 120.7 billion, an increase of 8.7%. EBITDA amounted to 32.6 billion rubles.
