Uralkali boosted supplies to Southeast Asia, China and India in 2020

In 2020, Uralkali sharply increased supplies to the countries of Southeast Asia, China and India, according to the company's IFRS financial statements.

In money terms, supplies to these countries increased by 53.8% to RUB 73.23 billion last year.

PJSC Uralkali (tax number: 5911029807) is a leading global potassium producer and exporter. The company's production facilities include 5 mines and 7 concentration plants in Berezniki and Solikamsk (Perm krai). The company's main production division employs more than 12,000 people. PJSC Uralkali was established by merging the assets of OJSC Uralkali and OJSC Silvinit, a deal finalized on June 16, 2011.

IFRS net profit of Uralkali for 2019 was $1.207 billion versus a loss of $97 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 1% to $2.782 billion, EBITDA went up 8% to $1.578 billion.
