Ilya Serdyuk became the acting governor of the Kemerovo Region, Alexey Besprozvannykh of the Kaliningrad Region, Dmitry Demeshin of the Khabarovsk Territory, Dmitry Milyaev of the Tula Region, and Alexey Smirnov of the Kursk Region.
