Bank DOM.RF launched the Rural Mortgage program for the purchase of housing in rural areas at a preferential rate of 2.8% at the end of October.
The maximum mortgage loan amount is RUB 3 million. For Leningrad region, Yamalo-Nenets autonomous area and the Far Eastern Federal district, the maximum mortgage loan amount is RUB 5 million.
