In Krasnoyarsk, construction and installation works have begun in terms of the reconstruction of engineering communications on the territory of the first stopping point "Shakhterov Street" of the new high-speed rail transport complex in Krasnoyarsk. The construction of new metro lines in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Chelyabinsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions is carried out at the expense of infrastructure budget loans. By 2026, on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Mosproject-3 group of companies will build 26 km of metro lines in three regions of the country under the federal government's infrastructure menu program.

The specialists of the Mosproject-3 holding have completed the construction of bypass roads in the area of the first stopping point "Shakhterov Street", a positive conclusion of the state expert examination has been received, a large amount of engineering surveys is being completed, project documentation has been developed for the release of construction sites, the installation of starting pits of the line and sections of tunneling works.

"According to the project, engineering and geological surveys have been completed by 94%, visual inspection of buildings falling into the metro construction zone has been fully completed, instrumental inspection of buildings has been completed by 55%, and archaeological work on the sites of future stopping points has been completed," said Marina Banshchikova, Deputy Director of the Center for Transport Logistics.

The press service of the Mosproject-3 group of companies reported that the work on the re-laying of engineering networks on the territory of the Shakhterov Street bus stop on Molokova Street provides for the removal of more than 6.2 thousand meters of electrical cables, over 420 meters of water supply and sewerage and 430 meters of communication from the construction zone.

"At the next stage," the press service of the holding noted, "the installation of a panel chamber for two tunnel–crossing mechanized complexes will be carried out on Molokov Street."

The first stage of the Krasnoyarsk metro tramway line with a length of 10.8 km will include 2 ground and 4 underground stations, commissioning is planned in 2026. Mosproekt-3 Group of companies will carry out part of the work on the construction of a new high-speed rail transport complex in Krasnoyarsk together with the subcontracting construction company BTS-Most JSC.

In addition to Krasnoyarsk, design and construction work by the Mosproject-3 group of companies is being carried out simultaneously in two more regions of our country.

In Nizhny Novgorod, construction has been deployed at all sites for the extension of the Avtozavodskaya line. 8 positive conclusions of the state expert examination on the preparatory and main stages of work were received. Work is being carried out directly on the construction sites on the installation of enclosing structures of the starting pits of the Sennaya station and on Gorky Street, pre-design work is being carried out on the project of extending the Sormovsko-Meshcherskaya metro line. In total, almost 5.8 km of lines and 3 new stations will be built in Nizhny Novgorod.

In Chelyabinsk, work is also underway on the design and construction of two metrotram lines. As part of the implementation of the first North–South line, preparations are being made for the start of construction work to free the starting pit zones, a large amount of survey and design work is being carried out. "It is planned to drill more than two hundred wells for geological surveys," the press service of the Mosproekt-3 group of companies explained. "More than 30 percent of the planned amount of work has already been completed." The implementation of the North-South metro line project in Chelyabinsk provides for the construction of more than 9.4 km of highway with two underground stopping points.

Recall that in addition to the construction of high-speed off-street transport in Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk and Nizhny Novgorod, the Mosproekt-3 group of companies under the leadership of Anna Dmitrievna Merkulova has been a key participant in the Moscow metro development program since 2015, which includes the construction of more than 30 stations and 80 km of lines.
