The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) and the construction and investment corporation "Development-South" have signed an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of projects for the integrated development of the territories of the cities of the Far East, including within the framework of the planned implementation of the program "Far Eastern Quarter".
On June 29, within the framework of the session devoted to the investment potential of the construction industry of the Far East, the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic and the construction and investment corporation "Development-South" signed an agreement that will allow cooperation on the implementation of projects of integrated residential development, including in the territories of advanced development (TOP). The document was signed by Elvira Nurgalieva, First Deputy Director General of the KRDV for Social Development, and Igor Mishchenko, Vice President of Development-Yug.
The parties agreed to cooperate in the implementation of integrated development projects in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk. The estimated building area will be 150 thousand sq. m., which will attract about 16.5 billion rubles. in housing construction projects in the Far Eastern Federal District until 2028.
Elvira Nurgalieva noted that the key issue of improving the living standards of the Far East is the provision of high-quality, modern and affordable housing.
"Moreover, people in the Russian Far East have formed a steady demand for a comfortable and functional urban environment. These are both house spaces, and public spaces of the quarter, district. To solve, among other things, these tasks, we have developed and launched, together with the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, the Far Eastern Quarter program, within which projects of integrated housing construction in the territories of advanced development will be implemented," the representative of the KRDV said.
Also, Elvira Nurgalieva added that due to participation in the Far Eastern Quarter program, the developer selected as a result of a competitive selection, in addition to the classic preferences of a TOP resident, will receive a land plot for the implementation of the project. And citizens will be able to purchase high-quality and modern housing provided with public spaces.
