The Government has added certain types of clothing, caviar and certain types of dietary supplements to the list of goods subject to mandatory labeling. The corresponding order dated 03/27/2024 No. 710-r is published on the Official Internet portal of legal information.
Recall that the list of goods subject to mandatory labeling and the timing of the introduction of mandatory labeling were approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 04/28/2018 No. 792-r (with amendments and additions).
In particular, the list includes tobacco-free mixtures for heating, as well as hotel types of light industry goods, including:
- other t-shirts and undershirts, long johns, underpants, nightgowns, pajamas, bathrobes, bathrobes and similar products;
- children's clothing and accessories for children's clothing;
- bathing suits;
- ties, bow ties and neckerchiefs.
